-Must be able to stand 5 hours on concrete floor checking production, job procedures, housekeeping, & safety standards.
-Sitting for 4 hours/day attending meetings, handling paper work, & leaving instructions to shift supervisors via log book, for breaks & personal time.
-Travels approximately 2 miles daily in plant.
-Must be able to climb 20 steps (8" high) as needed to check & monitor size storage areas.
-Must be able to hear prontow alarm from a distance of 10', with the ability to communicate with other departments & employees.
-Must be able to reach about 18" approximately 28 times/shift.
-Must be able to distinguish denier variations, tub colors, & yarn colors.
-Must be able to bend to floor level at various times to pick up items off the floor
-Must be able to tolerate offensive odors, be able to feel yarn defects, & use calculator/computer terminals various times throughout the day
-Must wear earplugs in designated areas, shoes must cover entire foot (head-to-toe), no jewelry, & hair below shoulders must be pulled back & pinned up. Do not blow off clothes with air hose.
-Must have slasher experience
-High school graduate & draw-in experience preferred
-Must be able to work assigned schedule & shift with minimal absences
-Must be able to travel overnight
