-Must be able to stand up to 12 hours on concrete and/or wooden floors
-Moves anywhere on plant property including roofs
-Performs work on ladders & scaffolds
-May lift as much as 60 lbs 5-10 times/shift, may push/pull gang boxes, welding machines, etc., weighing up to 300 lbs. several times/shift.
-Communicates over radio & telephones
-Reaches up to 36" (H&V) to perform work
-Normal color vision required to distinguish wire colors, color-coded pipes, etc.
-Must meet requirements for industrial truck license
-Performs some repairs in tight spaces
-Must have normal hand grasp & manual dexterity to operate tools
-Must wear safety glasses, face shields, gloves, & hearing protection as required for conditions
-Must complete & pass all impact self-study courses, technical training seminars, & skill levels as required according to impact policy manual
-Ability to understand & use ISO Procedures
-High School Graduate & 2 years Tech School Preferred
-Must be able to work assigned schedule in adverse conditions (outdoors, cold, wet, hot, etc.) with minimal absences.
-Must have means of being reached at home in case of plant emergency
