-Must be able to stand 7+ hours on concrete floor, with approximately 60 minutes for breaks & personal time.
-Must be able to travel over an area of approximately 60'x200' an average of once every 10 minutes
-Must occasionally climb on loom to draw in on 220 looms
-Must be able to take direction/communicate in weave environment, and be able to hear prontow & tugger warning signals at a distance of 10 ft.
-Must be able to use reed hook & scissors to draw ends through drops, harness & reed approximately 50" from front to back of loom.
-Must be able to see & draw ends through drops, harnes,, heddles & dents in reed, & be able to detect quality defects. Color vision required. Must have a minimum of 20/35 close up vision & mid-range.
-Must be able to bend/stoop to pull ends from under warp for repair when necessary.
-Must wear hearing protection & closed-toed shoes, no jewelry, & hair below shoulder length must be pulled back & pinned up when in production area.
-Must be able to read & write
-Must be a qualified weaver
-Preffered high school graduate with smashing experience
-Must be able to work assigned schedule & shift with minimal absences.
-Must be able to work in a cool, damp, environment.
